MEDIA SALES MANAGER (Publishing)

Provincial Media is seeking a dynamic and savvy Sales person join our dynamic team in Geelong. If you thrive on building strong relationships, driving sales and want a healthy work-life balance, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Join our award-winning team and contribute to the success of some of Australia's most prestigious magazine titles, including the beautiful Geelong + Surf Coast Living, Know It All, Geelong Wedding, Melbourne Wedding + Country Wedding. Yes its a busy role - its media sales and this is not a marketing role - business development.
Make this role your own and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, work from your home office, with lots of face to face engagement with potential clients, while shaping the local media landscape.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will:

Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Manage client accounts and coordinate advertising campaigns

Drive sales through strategic thinking and consistent revenue growth

Collaborate with company directors, team members and support our production team, coordinating artwork and editorial content
Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is:

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to make a difference

Experienced in print media or sales (or keen to learn)

You may be currently in another industry and seeking a change - lets talk

A skilled communicator with a knack for sales

Honest, dedicated, and solution-focused

In possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
