About the role

This part-time role as Manager at the Rodd & Gunn store located within Myer Townsville provides an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a premium retail environment. You will contribute to the strategic objectives of the business while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive in-store experience for customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, merchandising and visual presentation

2. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers

3. Driving sales and profitability through effective team leadership, product knowledge and promotional activities

4. Monitoring and reporting on store performance, identifying areas for improvement

5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and health and safety standards

6. Collaborating with the regional management team to implement brand and operational strategies

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry

2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional in-store experience

4. Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising and visual merchandising

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
