We're looking for a Cook to join our beautiful team at Coogee on a Full Time Permanent basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea in line with the OAC Nutrition Guide

• Adhering to all food allergies and dietary requirements

• Clearly labelling allergy variations on food service trolleys

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Managing food storage and inventory

About You

We are seeking a cook who has:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Cookery/Hospitality

• A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

• Experience in an Early Childhood or Aged Care setting (preferred)

• A valid Working With Children Check

• Sound knowledge of allergy management processes
