Hamper Coordinator – Creative, Customer-Focused Role

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and organised Hamper Coordinator to lead our popular hamper and corporate gifting program.

About the Role

As our Hamper Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of designing, producing and managing our hamper range — from everyday gifting to large-scale seasonal campaigns like Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. You’ll manage orders from enquiry to delivery, build strong corporate relationships, and help grow this exciting part of our business.

This role also may include hands-on retail and customer service duties within our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create and develop hamper packages

• Process hamper orders, pack and arrange deliveries

• Manage online sales and customer email enquiries

• Build and maintain corporate customer relationships

• Create price lists, catalogues and promotional materials

• Liaise with wholesale team regarding stock availability

• Upsell hamper products to increase revenue

• Provide delivery updates and follow-up customer communication

• Assist with marketing and promotional activities

• Prepare sales and stock reports for management

• Support in-store tastings and merchandising

• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store

• Operate POS and handle cash

• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness

• Follow food safety and workplace health & safety procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Previous retail experience (marketing or social media experience highly regarded)

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently

• Confidence using Microsoft Office

• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members

• Cash handling and POS experience

• Food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• A genuine interest in fresh produce and gifting products

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments

• Ability to lift up to 20kg
