Restore Corp Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and driven Restoration Technician or Senior Technician to join our team across the Sunshine Coast region. If you're someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, helping people and takes pride in high quality work, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

No two days are the same! You could be handling:

  • A burst pipe in Noosa

  • Fire damage in Caloundra

  • A meth clean up in Brisbane

  • Or even hopping over to a bay island for a job!

We specialise in emergency and restoration services across South East QLD and beyond. You'll attend jobs that really matter, helping people during some of their most difficult times and making a real impact.

You'll work with our Project Managers and senior team, building your skills while contributing to a company that values adaptability, focus, quality and safety. Whether you're fresh to the industry or bringing years of experience, we'll support your growth.

Key Responsibilities

Property restoration including:

  • Mould remediation

  • Fire damage cleaning

  • Water damage restoration

  • Drug lab decontamination

  • Complex losses

  • Onsite reporting using mobile platforms.

  • Delivering high quality service with empathy and care.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in the industry is preferred.

  • As we operate 24/7 emergency response, the successful candidate will need to be available for a rotating on call roster for after-hours callouts and weekend work.

  • Hold a current Driver's License

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Understand and can work different technology platforms for onsite report writing purposes

  • Willingness to learn, whilst demonstrating strong work ethics and a can-do and positive attitude

  • Work well with others as part of a team and be a self-starter

  • Be a problem solver with the ability to think outside the box on complex issues.

  • Be respecting of various cultures, religions and ways of life as our customer base varies greatly

  • Observant and have an eye for detail

  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

You Must Also Be Willing To

  • Has or is willing to obtain an IICRC certification.

  • Hold a White Card.

  • Be willing to undergo random drug and alcohol testing

  • Maintain a good level of physical fitness, be capable of lifting 20kg unaided, and ability to sustain periods lifting, standing and bending

  • Successful applicant must have working rights in Australia
