Window & Door Installer – Aluminium & Glass

Cairns, QLD
Monday to Friday | 7:00am–3:06pm | 38 hours per week
Weekends off | Paid public holidays

Bradnam’s Windows & Doors Cairns is looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer – Aluminium & Glass to join our close-knit, safety-focused team. About the role

Working across Cairns and the Far North Queensland region, you’ll be responsible for installing Bradnam’s aluminium windows, doors, screens, and related products to a high standard. You’ll be the face of our business on site, delivering quality installations and great service to our customers.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who values accuracy, works safely, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Installing and servicing Bradnam’s range of aluminium windows, doors, and screens

  • Working safely at all times, including site risk assessments and completing JSAs

  • Communicating clearly with customers and internal team members

  • Completing job paperwork, including installation confirmations

  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and consumables, including re-ordering when required

  • Taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship on every job

About you

You’ll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A Construction White Card

  • A current driver’s licence with a clean driving record

  • Experience in the aluminium joinery industry, particularly with screens, windows, and doors

  • Confidence using a range of hand and power tools safely

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to follow processes and instructions

  • Pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail
