The Opportunity

The role of Registered Nurse is to provide a range of clinical care and support services in collaboration with the care recipients, their families, and other members of the health care team. Nurses assist the care recipients to experience a greater level of independence and ensure their health and wellness are supported. 

What you’ll need: 

• Relevant qualifications and current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards (or the ability to acquire this)
• Satisfactory national police check within the last three months.
• Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People registration with NDIS endorsement.

As part of our commitment to supporting residents and staff during peak periods, it is a requirement that successful candidates are available to work shifts in October.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Support and mentor care staff to ensure best practice care
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold compliance standards
