What you bring:
- Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Aged Care.
- Availability to work AM, PM and night shifts weekday and weekends.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
- Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to deliver best practice care.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
