To support this growth and maintain our high standards of customer service and on time delivery, we are in need of a Super Star Transport Coordinator to join our Operations Team based at our Head Office in Wattleup (SOR).

• Full time employment with a long-standing WA Owned Company

• The perfect role for someone with a scheduling and planning background and knowledge of Perth Metro

• Based in our Wattleup Office, free on-site parking

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Plan, schedule, and allocate daily transport jobs to drivers

• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams

• Monitor daily the drivers record keeping is line with accreditation

• Maintain accurate records of schedules, job allocations, and performance data

• Assist with problem-solving and provide quick solutions to operational challenges

Candidates must have the following:

• Previous experience in transport scheduling

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements

• Proficiency with scheduling systems namely Point of Rental - Syrinx and Microsoft Office
