About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced spare parts professional to take on this pivotal role, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence across our parts and logistics functions. Beyond experience, we value individuals who want to make an impact and strengthen our reputation as a premium service provider. A background in viticulture, horticulture, or agriculture is highly desirable.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing direct customer service in parts interpretation.

  • Manage and coordinate all logistic activities - procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.

  • Developing and implementing procurement and transport strategies to optimise inventory levels, minimise costs, while ensuring timely availability of parts.

  • Maintaining accurate up-to-date inventory records and managing system interfaces with accounting.

  • Overseeing the cross-functional process to ensure sales orders are delivered as promised.

  • Proactively identifying and resolving logistical challenges and bottlenecks.

  • Creating weekly and monthly reporting to drive transparency and support operational optimisation across functions.

What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in a similar role, ideally within viticulture, horticulture or agriculture with an understanding of mechanical equipment to support proactive parts interpretation

  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, inventory control systems, and warehousing best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a practical solution-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency with logistics and inventory management software, including the ability to analyse and interpret data.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

  • Ambitious, service minded, process-driven and a proponent for continuous improvement.
