Butcher

Eve Smallgoods is seeking a butcher. You must be able to work 30 plus hours per week and be able to competently complete the following tasks:

• Safe food handling and high level of hygiene

• Work both independently and as a member of the team.

• Follow recipes and have knowledge in mixing spices

• Know how to competently use the following machines; mincer, tumbler, pickle injector, filler, vacuum packing machine.

• You must have knowledge of all butchering techniques.

• You must be able to supervise and direct other team members.

• Job description includes all aspects of work including cleaning and packing product.

• Start time: 5:00am Monday - Friday, NO WEEKEND WORK

• Finish time: varies day-to-day

• Safe food handling and high level of hygiene

• Work both independently and as a member of the team.

• Potential for a salary position
