Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal
Full-time | Maternity Leave Replacement
St Michael’s Collegiate School is seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal to provide high-level executive and administrative support within our dynamic school community. This is a maternity leave replacement position commencing March 2026 and concluding April 2027.
About the Role
This is a trusted and influential role for an experienced administrator who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and contributing to a values-driven organisation.
Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal, you will:

Provide executive-level administrative support to the Deputy Principal

Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence and confidential matters
-
Support student, staff and school administration processes
-
Coordinate meetings, events and key school programs
-
Act as a professional liaison with staff, families and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and information across school systems
About You
You will be a highly capable administrator with:
-
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation
-
Exceptional organisational, time-management and communication skills
-
High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
-
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (school systems experience desirable)
-
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
-
Experience in a school or similarly regulated environment will be highly regarded.
