Murray Bridge Day Night Surgery is currently seeking an experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse for general practice nursing to join our dynamic healthcare team on a casual basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality nursing care to our diverse patient population.

What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a general practice setting, including triage, assessment, treatment, and patient education

• Assisting with the coordination and delivery of primary healthcare services

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

• Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

• Actively participating in continuous professional development and training opportunities

What we're looking for

• Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a current AHPRA registration and ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or similar healthcare setting. Applications from Graduate Nurses are also welcome.

• Demonstrated skills in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical interventions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems and technology

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
