Join our team as a Site Supervisor, bringing expertise in industrial/commercial construction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all day-to-day site operations

• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring daily inductions and attendance are properly recorded.

• Ensure strict adherence to WHS, quality, and safety standards across the site.

• Coordinate procurement, deliveries, and maintain accurate site inventory levels.

• Track project progress against timelines and provide regular updates to management.

• Address on-site challenges promptly while maintaining clear communication between office and site team.

To be successful within this position you will need to have: 

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor in industrial/commercial construction

• Exposure to concrete formwork, steel framing and tilt panels (advantageous)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Procore desirable but not essential

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship

• Current White Card and relevant site management certifications
