Join our Service Department Team in the leadership role of Assistant Service Manager at Yarra Valley Toyota

With previous experience in a Service Department environment, including vehicle technical knowledge, leadership & supervisory skills essential, your main responsibilities will include leading from the front line & assisting our Service Manager to:

• Lead the Service Dept front of house Service Advisor Team;

• Build & maintain customer & employee relationships;

• Kaizan - Operating at optimum capacity & always looking for continous improvement;

• Maintaining the highest standards of presentation & professionalism;

• Scheduling preventative equipment maintenance;

• Achieving Service Department Customer Experience excellence, Sales & Profit requirements.
