We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Chef (1st–4th year) who’s hungry to learn and ready to step confidently into their culinary future. Working with our Executive Chef and Head Chef, you’ll gain rare hands‑on mentorship while helping craft dishes inspired by the Barossa’s finest seasonal produce. From mastering prep to supporting smooth, high‑standard kitchen operations, ensuring to highest cleaning standards, you’ll build the foundations of an exceptional career.
