About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Electrician to join our dynamic maintenance team. Reporting to the Electrical Engineer, you’ll rotate across day and afternoon shifts, helping keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly and safely.

You’ll be hands-on with:

• Scheduled and reactive maintenance – because machines don’t always behave

• Fault finding and troubleshooting – your detective skills will shine here

• Installing, upgrading, and testing new electrical equipment – we like shiny new things too

You’ll work across our four sites in North Geelong, South Geelong, Breakwater, and Laverton, so variety is guaranteed.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified electrician with solid industrial experience

• A safety-first mindset—permits, SWMS, and OHS compliance are second nature to you

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems

About you

To be considered for this role you will have:

•  A current A Grade electrical licence

• 5+ years’ experience working as an Industrial Electrician, either in a maintenance or installation role

• A sound understanding of Allen Bradley /Omron PLC's, programming and fault finding

• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical breakdowns

• A good understanding of electrical drawings and schematics

• Experience working with different manufacturer VSD's as well as industrial installations

• Experience high voltage switching and EWP would be advantageous
