What you'll be doing:

• Performing planned & reactive maintenance on electrical systems, including motors, switchboards, lighting, and other equipment

• Conducting electrical inspections & testing to identify & rectify any issues or faults

• Liaising with external contractors & suppliers to coordinate maintenance & repair work

• Maintaining accurate records & documentation of all electrical work undertaken

• Adhering to all relevant safety policies & procedures to ensure a safe work environment

• Providing expert electrical advice & support to the broader operations team as required

To be successful in this role, you will possess and demonstrate:

• Certified Electrician with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, equipment & practices

• Ability to read & interpret electrical drawings, schematics & specifications

• Excellent problem-solving & fault-finding skills

• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and a proven track record of safe work practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal & external stakeholders

• Experience in industrial maintenance

• A current driver's licence (1A)

• Experience working at heights, working at heights ticket is desirable, however not compulsory as training can be provided

• Current first aid certificate desirable

• Electrical experience with amusement rides or attractions is advantageous, however not compulsory.
