The Opportunity:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a flexible environment and develop your skills across multiple areas, including:

• Dental Assisting
• Reception and patient coordination
• Administration

As a Dental Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

• Providing chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
• Managing patient appointments and records
• Greeting patients and delivering exceptional customer service
• Handling payments and processing health fund claims
• Maintaining a clean and organised clinical and reception area

You’ll have the opportunity to work across all three clinics and be part of a supportive team that values growth and collaboration.

About You:

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Qualified: Certificate III in Dental Assisting
• Tech-savvy: Experience with Dental4Windows is highly regarded
• Adaptable: Available to work across all three clinics
• Professional and reliable: Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and efficient: Excellent time management skills
• Great communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented: Friendly, positive attitude, and enjoys working collaboratively while managing individual responsibilities
• Flexible and proactive: Ready to take on challenges and learn new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour

• Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)

• Australia (Required)
