About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. Whether you’re taking orders in the bistro, pouring drinks behind the bar, or delivering service with a smile on the floor, you’ll play an important part in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service

• Take orders, deliver meals, and clear tables promptly

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Uphold RSA standards and venue policies

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

About You:

• Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or bistro service preferred but not essential

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• RSA certificate required (RCG an advantage)
