Reception / Office Assistant
Seeking a person with a friendly and energetic personality to help with general office duties, answering phones and being a personal assistant to owners.
Must be a motivated person with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Programs used within the business is Microsoft, Gmail, Xero and CRM.
Some duties will include:

Answering Phone

Communicating with tradesman

Quoting (this will be taught in house)

Monitoring emails and keeping clear

Xero work - entering bills and creating customer invoices

Keeping office and surroundings neat and tidy

Allocating stock per job
