As a Cane Rail Labourer, you will be part of a close-knit rail team, taking on hands-on tasks like track, bridge and civil construction, performing essential earthworks, laying track and operating maintenance equipment.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a dynamic work schedule that may include weekends, and occasional overtime, depending on business needs.

Your Role in Action

Inspection and Repairs - Repairs to track, track equipment, mobile plant and more!

Maintenance - Maintain a high standard of track condition and maintenance.

Derailment Response - Quality track repairs post derailment.

Your Winning Combination

To be considered for this position, you must have or be willing to obtain a MR or HR licence.

Desirable tickets - training provided to the right candidate:

Experience operating a packer and/or tamper Dogging HRWLWorking at HeightsFront-End Loader OperationNon Slew Crane HRWL
