Karina’s Coastal Cleaning is a growing local cleaning business servicing residential homes and short-stay properties across the Central Coast. We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team as we expand.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys working independently.

Responsibilities:

• General residential cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, bedrooms)
• Cleaning short-stay and holiday properties to high standards
• Re-stocking supplies and reporting maintenance issues
• Following cleaning checklists and company procedures
• Ensuring properties are left guest-ready and presentable

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physically capable of cleaning duties
• Ability to pass reference checks
