Reception Coordinator & Clinic Support
Permanent Part-Time | Moss Vale (On-site & Remote)
We are an independent denture clinic seeking a capable and reliable Reception Coordinator & Clinic Support team member to join us on a permanent part-time basis.
This role suits someone who enjoys being organised, supporting a busy healthcare environment, and taking pride in keeping things running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position plays an important part in the day-to-day operation of the clinic. You’ll support the practitioner by managing reception, administrative tasks, and general clinic coordination, helping ensure patients are welcomed professionally and the clinic functions efficiently.
The role will evolve over time as systems are refined and confidence grows. Internal training is provided, and you’ll be supported to develop a strong understanding of how the clinic operates.
HOURS & WORK ARRANGEMENT
On-site at Moss Vale: Mondays & Wednesdays – full days
Remote work: Tuesdays & Thursdays (approximately school hours)
Fridays / weekends: Not required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Managing front-desk reception and patient enquiries
· Scheduling and coordinating appointments
· Handling administrative paperwork and records
· Supporting internal communication and organisation
· Assisting with the general day-to-day running of the clinic
· General cleaning and upkeep of the clinic
· Establishing and maintaining systems and processes to support clinic operations
As you become familiar with the clinic, your responsibilities may naturally expand or shift in line with clinic needs and your strengths.

· Organised, dependable, and professional
· Clear and courteous communication with patients and colleagues

· Able to take initiative within a structured environment
· Enjoys contributing to a small, focused team
Previous experience in reception or administration is helpful.
Dental assisting or dental clinic experience is also helpful.

PAY & CONDITIONS
· Permanent part-time employment
· Classified under the Health Professionals & Support Services Award (MA000027)
· Support Services Employee – Level 2 to Level 3
· Approximately $27–$30 per hour + super, depending on experience
