We’re seeking a Sales Associate to work closely with one of our high-performing Listing Agents at an industry-leading real estate agency. This buyer-focused role positions you as the primary point of contact for buyer enquiries, inspections, follow-ups, and negotiation support, while the Listing Agent leads vendor relationships and overall campaign strategy. It’s an outstanding opportunity for someone seeking hands-on exposure to sales, negotiation, and deal flow, with a clear pathway to becoming a standalone agent. Working in close partnership with the Listing Agent, you’ll take ownership of the buyer journey and play a pivotal role in converting interest into successful sales outcomes.

The Role

•  Managing inbound buyer enquiries across all listings

• Conducting buyer inspections, open homes, and private viewings

• Building and maintaining strong buyer relationships

• Qualifying buyers and managing buyer databases

• Providing buyer feedback and market intelligence to the Listing Agent

• Supporting negotiations and offers through to contract stage

• Assisting with contracts, documentation, and campaign administration

• Representing the agency with professionalism and energy at all times

This is a high-touch, front-facing role requiring confidence, initiative, and strong communication skills.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential real estate sales (or a strong sales background) or in property management

• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline

• Comfortable working weekends and after-hours inspections

• Motivated by results and career progression

• Professional presentation and strong local market interest

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or Agent’s Representative qualification

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

• Full working rights in Australia

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
