Exciting news! We're on the lookout for a superstar to join our team as a Broker Support Consultant.

If you're passionate about building positive relationships and solving problems, this role is for you!

As the go-to person for brokers and lenders, you’ll keep them updated on the application process and ensure detailed and accurate records. Got a tricky issue? No problem! Navigating our systems will be second nature to you, helping brokers with inquiries or technical challenges. You'll also handle various admin tasks like commissions, accreditations, and customer correspondence.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a knack for determining priorities and meeting deadlines, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll be joining a fantastic team led by Fiona Parham, Team Leader.
