We’re currently seeking a passionate Veterinarian to join our growing team across our Blackwall and Umina practices. With a strong caseload of both medicine and surgery, we offer a diverse, stimulating role where your skills will be valued and your continued development encouraged.

Clinical Scope Includes:

  • Complex internal medicine cases with full workup potential

  • Full in-house Abaxis diagnostics + digital radiography + dental radiography + ultrasound

  • Soft tissue surgeries including splenectomy, cystotomy, enterotomies, gastropexies, GDVs, and foreign body removals

  • Orthopaedics (De Angelis, amputations and MPLs depending on vet skillset)

  • Oncology management, cytology, and palliative care

  • Preventative medicine, senior pet care, and chronic disease management

  • Strong GP caseload with loyal and trusting clients who respect your clinical judgment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A registered vet with at least 1 year of experience (new grads considered with mentorship)

  • Confident in managing medical and surgical cases independently (or willing to grow into this)

  • A compassionate communicator with strong client education skills

  • Someone who values collaboration, calm under pressure, and a touch of humour on the tough days

  • A clinician who enjoys both the science of medicine and the art of client care

What You’ll Love About Us:

  • Diverse caseload with the option to pursue special interests

  • No after-hours or on-call work

  • A team-first environment where everyone pitches in and no one is left behind

  • Ongoing CPD encouraged and supported

  • In-clinic mentorship from experienced senior vets with advanced training in soft tissue surgery, epidemiology, and more

  • We believe in working with clients to find treatment paths that respect both medical outcomes and owner circumstances

  • Our team is stable, kind, and fiercely protective of each other’s wellbeing
