We’re looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the lead at Club Hotel Gladstone, a well-established regional venue requiring a confident, hands-on leader who can operate independently and make a real impact.
This role suits a VM who’s ready for ownership, autonomy, and a sea-change lifestyle — with strong backing from a national hospitality group.
As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the venue, leading a large team, driving service standards, and managing commercial outcomes.
Due to the regional location, we are seeking someone who can commit to a minimum 12-month placement and is comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to central support teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop venue management and front-of-house teams
- Own venue performance across service, people, and financial outcomes
- Deliver strong compliance, safety, and operational standards
- Drive local engagement, customer experience, and repeat trade
- Work closely with senior operations leaders while running the venue day-to-day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership capability with the confidence to work independently
- Solid commercial and operational acumen
- Willingness to relocate to Gladstone and commit to at least 12 months
- A practical, resilient, hands-on leadership style
