We're looking for a creative content creator who can manage social media across our portfolio of training and health-related brands, creating thumb-stopping content that engages, educates, and converts!
About The Role:
Manage social media channels and content calendars across multiple platformsCreate engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and professional photography for social mediaDesign branded static posts that maintain consistency across all channelsDevelop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversionsMonitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insightsCollaborate with our ads team on strategy and creative development for paid campaignsPlan and execute content creation for paid ads campaigns, and optimise performance through Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads & LinkedIn AdsWork with our marketing team to align content with broader business goalsMonitor analytics, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reportsStay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
You'll Need:
Own professional camera equipment - full-frame mirrorless camera or DSLR (Sony, Canon, or Nikon) as well as DJI gimbals or support devicesProven experience managing social media channels for brands or businesses and growing them organicallyStrong skills in creating short-form video content and photography using a professional cameraProficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads managementDesign capabilities with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva for creating branded static postsExperience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve Pro)Ability to set up professional lighting for photography and videoUnderstanding of AI workflows including Nano Banana, Veo 3, and Google FlowStrong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practicesExcellent attention to detail and brand consistencyA portfolio demonstrating social media content, short-form videos, and design work
Desirable Skills:
Experience creating content for education, training, or health sectorsKnowledge of RTO compliance and educational content standardsPaid social advertising certifications (Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Ads)Motion graphics and animation skillsExperience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social etc)

Please Note: This role is an onsite, in-house position based at our Gold Coast office, working alongside our content and marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing. Remote applications will not be considered. This role also requires professional camera equipment including gimbals/support devices. Mobile phone content creators need not apply.
