About The Role
This position is required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Planning and Development Section ensuring a high standard of service delivery, in an environment where confidentiality and efficiency are essential. This position must achieve this whilst delivering consistent administrative support in dynamic work environment that has competing and shifting deadlines and priorities. This position is within the Planning and Development Business Support Team and provides support to the General Manager Planning and Development.
About You
You will provide high level administrative support, ensuring efficient operations across the organisation. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate
A Certificate IV in Business (Administration) or equivalent relevant experience. Previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support. Advanced MS Office skills. Excellent organisational and time management capabilities. High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with executives, staff, councillors, and external clients.
