The Opportunity

We are currently building our dedicated on-site Maintenance team and looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Fitter & Turner to join our team at our Batchelor Plant. This position comes with the opportunity to pursue stable and rewarding employment and regular hours, within a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering (or higher)
• Able and willing to do occasional weekend work and minimal call outs
• Dedication to OH&S and following safe work procedures
• Physically fit, disciplined, agile and a team player within a dynamic environment;
• Hold a valid Australian driver's license
• Possess working rights in Australia

Preferred

• TIG and MIG welding experience
• Exposure to food processing machinery desirable
• Able to demonstrate initiative and problem solve
• Forklift and EWP license desirable
