• Provide personal care support (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist participants with daily living tasks (meal preparation, cleaning, shopping)
• Support community access and social participation
• Follow individual support plans and NDIS goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Promote participant choice, independence, and dignity
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the care team
• Adhere to NDIS Practice Standards and company policies

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $38.33 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
