Vision Road Concepts is seeking a young, vibrant allocator to assist with day-to-day allocations.

Will consider a Junior as a willing candidate

Position: Full-time, on-site
Location: Burleigh Heads

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with daily allocation and dispatch tasks

• Coordinate with drivers, clients and internal teams

• Answer and manage phone enquiries

• Maintain allocation records in Excel and Word

• Work to deadlines and respond to changing priorities

Requirements:

• Comfortable using Microsoft or Apple operating systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent phone manner

• Willing to occasionally take after-hours calls if required

• Able to work well under pressure
