Bridge Crown Consulting is partnering with a reputable private dental practice on the Mornington Peninsula to recruit two experienced and motivated dentists. These roles offer excellent clinical variety and professional growth within a modern, patient-focused environment.

About the Practice

The clinic is well-established, with a loyal patient base and a reputation for ethical, high-quality care. Dentists here enjoy autonomy, clinical support, and access to advanced technology across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures.

Operating hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Available Roles

• Role 1: Wednesday to Saturday (ideally every Saturday; flexible for 3 in 4 or alternate weekends).
Replacing a long-term dentist with a strong existing patient following.

• Role 2: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday plus one Saturday per month.
Replacing a clinician returning to the UK at the end of the year.

Clinical Exposure and Development

You’ll gain experience across a wide scope of treatments including:

• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Veneers and smile design
• Orthodontics and clear aligner therapy
• Advanced dental implant surgery

Requirements

• AHPRA registration with minimum two years Australian clinical experience - no restriction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in general and restorative dentistry
• Commitment to professional development and patient care excellence
