Due to continued exponential growth, a newly created position exists for an experienced analyst with a property/land development and/or construction industry background. The position will involve delivering strategic and operational insights to support planning, execution and delivery of major development and capital projects, bridging the gap between project teams, finance and senior leadership. You will analyse project feasibility, track progress, manage risk and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value. Our ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of project life cycles, financial modelling and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Property or related field3-5 years' experience in a business analysis, commercial or project support roleStrong analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills.Proficiency in Excel and project reporting tools (eg PowerBI and Tableau)Understanding of project life cycles, especially in property or capital intensive industriesStrong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with teams across the business.
Preferred Qualifications and SkillsExperience in property development, infrastructure or construction projectsFamiliar with project management methodologiesKnowledge of planning and approvals processes for developments (eg permits, zoning, stakeholder engagementProficient with project management systems such as Estate Master or equivalent
