What you will bring

• Proven experience in complex group facilitation, mediation, or consultation with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong and independent chairing skills, with the ability to manage difficult discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate conflicting opinions and maintain impartiality.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills, including timely preparation of agendas and reports.
• Capacity to identify risks, issues, and solutions across political, cultural, and operational contexts.
• Experience with industry consultative committees or primary industries (desirable).
• A commitment to transparency, integrity, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Chair a high-profile committee that oversees environmental compliance for a leading quarry in the region.
• Work alongside passionate stakeholders from government, industry and the community.
