What you will bring
- Proven experience in complex group facilitation, mediation, or consultation with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong and independent chairing skills, with the ability to manage difficult discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate conflicting opinions and maintain impartiality.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organisational skills, including timely preparation of agendas and reports.
- Capacity to identify risks, issues, and solutions across political, cultural, and operational contexts.
- Experience with industry consultative committees or primary industries (desirable).
- A commitment to transparency, integrity, and collaborative problem-solving.
