Olinda Tea House is looking for an experienced Barista / Bar Attendant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality coffee in a busy café environment

• Fast and consistent latte art

• Operating POS and handling cash/register

• Stock taking and inventory control

• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

• Basic bar service (cocktails/alcohol) – experience preferred

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a barista in a high-volume café

• Confident with espresso, milk texturing, and latte art

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude

• Cocktail or bar experience is a strong advantage

• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
