About The Role

Located in Albury NSW, this permanent part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents. As the Leisure & Lifestyle Officer, you will work closely with the Home Manager and clinical team to plan, coordinate, and deliver both individual and group activities tailored to the needs and interests of residents. This role plays a key part in promoting wellbeing, engagement, and a sense of community within the home.

Your main duties will include:

Under the guidance of the Lifestyle Coordinator, identify and be involved in the care planning, designing and delivering 1-1 care programming for residents that takes into account their lifestyle, hobbies and spiritual needs. Know residents care plans and be involved in family conferences. provide social and emotional support to all residents ensuring that care provision is holistic and person centered.

About you:

Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health Have experience working as a Lifestyle Officer in aged care, delivering individual and group activities Possess full working rights in Australia under a valid visa Passionate about enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for older adults
