About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team at Bathurst Toyota. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

The position will involve the following:

• Liaise with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
• Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts.
• Use of online manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts.
• Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
• Processing of customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (Tune)
• Assist with stock checking and order processing
• Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Parts interpreting skills preferred
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Current drivers license
