Closes: Feb 24, 2026
We’re looking for: Attitude. Honesty. Accountability.
Everything else? We can teach.
We’re on the lookout for a confident, capable Field Coordinator to step into a key leadership role within our environmental services team. This isn’t a desk-bound position and it’s definitely not a “spectator” role. This is for someone who leads from the front, thinks clearly, acts decisively, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
In this role, you’ll coordinate field crews, plan and schedule works, manage equipment, and liaise with clients, while also spending meaningful time in the field. You’ll be setting the pace, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping projects moving with purpose and momentum.
Your week will be a healthy mix of field and office work. One day you might be on-site supporting your crew and responding to changing conditions; the next you’ll be organising schedules, reviewing progress, and pushing projects forward. Variety is part of the job and part of what makes it rewarding.
A current driver’s licence is essential.
Highly regarded (or willingness to obtain):
- WHS/OHS Construction Induction (White/Red Card).
- First Aid Level 2.
- Agricultural Chemical Users Permit (ACUP / ChemCert - NSW).
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Conservation & Ecological Management (or equivalent experience).
This role suits someone who:
- Is comfortable taking responsibility and making informed decisions
- Is organised, proactive, and steady under pressure
- Is physically capable and enjoys working outdoors in all conditions
- Communicates confidently with crews, clients, and management
- Cares deeply about environmental and land management outcomes
In return, you’ll step into a genuinely influential leadership role, backed by a supportive team, with real opportunities to grow and make a tangible difference. This is meaningful work with visible outcomes, the kind you can be proud of.
If you’ve been waiting for a role that actually matters, this could be it.
