About the Role

We are seeking a Process Operator - Blending who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Stapylton.

What you'll be doing

In this hands-on role, you'll support day-to-day blending operations:

• Safely handle, open, clean, and store ingredients, tools, and equipment

• Prepare and sieve ingredients in line with specifications

• Clean, sanitise, and conduct basic daily checks on blenders and equipment

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and the blending room

• Accurately complete production records, including BOM checks

• Report equipment faults, quality issues, hazards, or non-conformities promptly

• Follow food manufacturing, quality, and WHS requirements, including the correct use of PPE

• Participate in training and assist with general production duties as required

What you'll bring

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Good time management and ability to organise tasks effectively

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Initiative to identify issues and support continuous improvement

• Physically capable of repetitive manual handling tasks

• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (advantageous)

• Reliable transport

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
