The Role

Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Maroochydore. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.

We have Full time and / or Part time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to actively patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and propertyProviding a professional and courteous customer service experienceAdhering to all relevant security protocols and proceduresRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.Assess and respond to situations of risk.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

A valid Security Licence with crowd control moduleValid First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shiftsA good level of physical fitness - foot patrols, active movement and provision of First Aid.Reliable transportation (preferred).The ability to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detailStrong communication and presence are key.A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
