Looking for an experienced full time Senior Hair Stylist and we are offering a package of salary plus superannuation and commission.

Senior Professional Hairdresser - Full time

Education requirements:

Applicants must be qualified to at least Certificate V1 - Level 5 or equivalent and confident in all aspects of hairdressing including:

-        cutting,

-        colouring techniques including foiling, tints and balayage

-        styling techniques - blow-dry styling, up styles (semi formal and formal) and general hair styling

Techniques must be up to date and styling on trend

Experience:

Navarna Hair & Beauty requires a full-time, experienced and friendly, professional Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant team

We need someone experienced with using professional product ranges (we are currently using Davines, Pureology, Pure and Activance in salon)

We require a professional who can demonstrate their well - honed skill in cutting, colouring, semi formal through to formal styling, treatments and some beauty services including waxing and brow and eyelash tinting

You need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

You need to be a people person and to want to provide clients a 100% solution for their hair.

Responsibilities include:

Terrific client service, aiming to offer a 100% hair solution to each client

Utilising your expertise in all areas of cutting, colouring and styling and being able to demonstrate this

Providing clients with the beauty services we offer (makeup, facial waxing and brow and lash tinting) as required

Ability to adhere to timing of services for clients

Ability to train salon juniors

To take care with salon equipment and products

General salon cleaning and stock maintenance will also be expected within this role and you will be confident with using a computer for appointments.

Being energetic about ongoing training and staying up to date with hair trends and techniques

Look after the security of the stock and the premises when opening or closing the salon
