Andersons Fencing and Gates Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team in Charmhaven. This role involves producing high‑quality steel and aluminium fencing products for residential and commercial projects in a busy workshop environment.

About the Role

• Fabricate fencing panels, gates, posts, and custom components

• MIG welding of steel and aluminium

• Cutting, drilling, grinding, and material preparation

• Reading and interpreting drawings and measurements

• Quality control and finishing to a high standard

• Working to production schedules and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding

• Strong MIG welding skills

• Ability to read technical drawings

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
