The Role
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to support our high-performing administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales, Wholesale, and Vehicle Operations departments

• Maintain accurate vehicle stock records in our dealer management system

• Manage and update Queensland Transport documentation

• Support the Administration Management team with general tasks

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential
