Zeal Futures, in partnership with our Host Employer, Narellan Pools is offering an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual to start their career as an Apprentice Pool Manufacturer. Complete a Certificate III in Engineering Composites over a period of 48 months. As an apprentice, you will gain valuable skills working alongside experienced tradespeople, learning every stage of the pool production process from start to finish, including

Mould Preparation Sanding, buffing, waxing, and getting moulds ready for spraying. Production Learning how pools are laminated and built using fibreglass and gel coat spraying techniques. Detailing Sanding, buffing, and repairing any imperfections before pools are sent out.

Mould Maintenance Refreshing and maintaining moulds for reuse. This is a hands-on role that will teach you practical skills and techniques in composite engineering and pool manufacturing. Attributes

Willing to learn both on the job and off the job. Able to work safely around chemicals, including those used in pool production. Excels in a team and participates in collaborating towards team goals.
