About The RoleBMD is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Electrical) to deliver a major Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) project on the Central Coast. This is a key role within our project team, providing onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design and contractual requirements.You will draw on your experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Graduates, driving innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee electrical engineering aspects of a large-scale WWTP projectEnsure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, OH&S and environmental requirementsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, clients, superintendents and consultantsProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineersSkills and ExperienceProven project engineering experience with reputable contractorsTertiary qualification in Electrical EngineeringDemonstrated experience delivering water/wastewater projectsStrong understanding of specifications, quality, OH&S and environmental complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
