About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a School Based Trainee to join the team at Bookkeeping In The Manning', a leading provider of accounting and bookkeeping services in the Lansdowne NSW 2430 area. As a School Based Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various accounting and bookkeeping tasks while completing your secondary education. This is a casual role that offers flexibility to balance your studies and on-the-job training.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliation

2. Learning how to use accounting software and other relevant technology

3. Providing customer service support to clients

4. Developing an understanding of financial reporting and compliance

5. Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in secondary education

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

3. Good communication and customer service skills

4. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
