Workfast is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client’s team at their Braemar (Mittagong) facility, servicing NSW operations.

Pay rate: $40 per hour + OT + super
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Location: Braemar (Mittagong), NSW

Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience in account management, internal sales, or sales support roles, ideally within the building, construction, or manufacturing industry. This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with customers by phone to drive outcomes. This is a white-collar casual role with full-time hours and a clear path to permanency.

What you need

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, internal sales, or sales support
• Strong phone-based communication skills and confidence calling customers
• Mini project management mindset with the ability to drive accountability and follow up
• Experience using ABM systems and Excel, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in construction or precast manufacturing (advantageous)
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a Police Check, Drug & Alcohol test, and Medical Assessment

What you will be doing

• Calling customers to confirm delivery acceptance dates and scheduling requirements
• Managing and converting quotes into customer orders
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement
• Acting as a key point of contact to drive accountability and manage expectations
• Collaborating with Account Managers, Estimators, and internal teams
• Providing accurate updates on production and delivery timelines
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation in Excel and ABM systems
• Supporting logistics and transport coordination for deliveries
• Assisting with stock management tasks including stocktakes and adjustments
• Communicating product specifications and delivery capabilities clearly
