We're on the lookout for a Yacht Broker to join the World Wide Boat Brokers team!
WWBB is a premium recreational and commercial yacht brokerage specialising in new and pre-owned vessels, with four offices across Queensland and our headquarters on the Sunshine Coast.
It’s about building relationships and helping clients find their perfect boat. You’ll be driven, proactive, and focused on sourcing listings, connecting buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and delivering seamless, stress-free sales.

What you’ll be doing:Prospecting and listing boatsManaging sellers and connecting buyersConducting viewings, sea trials, and surveysNegotiating deals and preparing sales documentationAttending boat shows, VIP events, and networking opportunitiesTravelling to HQ or other locations when necessary
The candidate:Friendly, self-motivated, energetic and confidentHas sales experience (marine industry experience advantageous)Is passionate about boatsExcellent negotiation, communication & personable skillsHolds strong core morals and integrityDelivers exceptional client serviceIs a team player and willing to grow with WWBBProfessional & well-presentedMust have drivers license (Boat license also desirable)
